I stayed there last April and it was great. I loved the food at the cafe and the hotel staff and owners were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying there.
My husband, son and I didn’t stay at the motel so can’t speak on that but we ate at the cafe and had beyond horrible service! The waitresses was so rude, they were busy and we totally understood that it may take awhile, as we have both been in the business.
Our drinks which were teas and water took 15 minutes to arrive only because we asked for them after waiting and the waitresses gave us so much attitude about it. Our food finally arrived and my order was wrong. I...read full review
This was the best place to stay with the friendliest people! Wizard room is amazing! I have to plan a trip back to Cloudcroft to stay there again!
