BOOM! Authentic Thai food offers some of the best Thai food in the US. The food is absolutely amazing, with a great flavor profile that is not overly heavy or oily. The chicken and shrimp fried rice is packed with flavor, and the portions are generous. The Pad Karpow is incredible, and the Pad Thai is the best. The menu selection is good, the price is fair, and there is just enough spice. The lady running the business is the sweetest and the kindest human, greeting customers with a smile and helping with explaining the menu. The food is ready in 15 minutes, and the service is kind. This place truly puts so much love into its food. It comes highly recommended for anyone looking for something other than fast food in Clovis.
