Friendly service, great food! We got the Motherload and Roughneck Burger (minus the cheese) and let me say, wow! As I ate that burger I kept stopping and looking at my wife and saying, dang, this is so ridiculously good. The Motherload was a huge plate of food that was delicious as well. You could easily share it with someone and both be stuffed. Their seasoned fries were perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

I took the 50/50 chance and loved it. Two different locals at the hotel I was staying at had opposing opinions on whether to try it so I did. The pulled pork was tender and delish along with two of the three sauces on the table being tasty. The portion sizes of the sides could have been a bit larger however I walked away full and pleased with my meal.The server was very friendly and checked in on me several times.I can’t comment on the drinks as I had a bottled beer so please take other peoples reviews into consideration and right a review with your experience. All in all, give this place a try. Or if you are skeptical you can ask to see their food service certificate or score (I didn’t).

My food was excellent, especially the potato salad and baked beans. This is the first time since my grandmother passed a decade ago that I had a such a fantastic, traditional potato salad. I will most definitely be back.

The restaurant was clean and our server was polite. The food was pretty good, but something bad is going on with their soft drinks. First, I ordered a root beer and it tasted terrible, like it had jalapeño juice in it. I sent it back and got a Dr. Pepper. Somehow, it was even worse! I sent it back and got an iced tea which tasted fine. I read another review with a similar experience. We’ve all seen the videos of what these soda machines look like when not properly sanitized. ? So, I don’t recommend this place until they fix what ever it is that is contaminating their sodas.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Neat BBQ place. The service was good and food too! I got the pulled pork with a side of the french fries and beans. Will be back.I will say the servers should ask if customers want desert or not because the brownie and ice cream were amazing, but I had to ask about desert.

The worst service ever. From the time we walked in. Felt like the staff had a fight prior or do not get along. Since there was no one in the restaurant on a saturday evening, it should be a dead give away of the service. We got a dirty look from the waitresses as we walked in, like they were upset that we came in. we sat ourelves, as no one aknolowdged us. We finally had service from another waitress that had no personality. We ordered a drink and our food. While waiting, We had to ask someone else for a re fill. We got our food, it was ok, Meanwhile, staff came by our table with a dirty mop and bucket after washing floors in a different section of the restaurant..making us feel like we shouldnt be there once again..half way through our meal, our waitress came and said "i guess youre not having desert " ..well i said no. She then brought our bill even though we werent even done our meal, not even asking if we wanted anything else like a drink, coffee or tea.. i have never felt so unwanted in an establishment. Thank goodness just passing through

The last few time I have gotten take out the food has been good. It's usually ready for me to pick up when I get there. But every time I get a drink it's bad. The strawberry lemonade was rotten. Just got a Dr.pepper today and it tastes like the machine was very dirty.

When I arrived, Sunday afternoon, the restaurant was not busy, but the two people at the hostess station couldn't determine where to seat me. Once seated, my server was quick with the menu and took my drink order. I ordered a sandwich, fries and a salad. They all came out together rather quickly. Lots of food. Taste of food was ok, nothing to write home about, though. I wasn't halfway through my food when my server brought my bill out, said she forgot to bring it out sooner. Why should I have been given my bill sooner. At that same time, I had already finished about 3/4th of my drink and I had to ask for more. My server was going to just walk away without asking how my food was or whether or not I needed anything. I sat at my table for at least 10 minutes after finishing my meal, waiting for my server to come and pick up my cc to pay. When I stood up and put on my jacket I noticed that someone from the kitchen told the server I was getting ready to leave, that is when the server finally came back to my table. Other than dropping my bill off my server never visted my table after bringing out my food. Hell, I wasn't offered any desert. But a couple of customers sitting a few tables away were stopped by a few times while I was there.Not sure what's up with this place. Do the servers decide who and when they serve their customers or...
