Which health code violation to start with? Waitress thankfully told us, but the fryers don't get up to temp so frying fish or chicken takes 20 minutes, even the fries weren't warm and soaked in oil (which is what happens when a fryer isn't heating to temp, the oil absorbs into the food) and chicken which my daughter was going to order and catfish which I was going to order would not have gotten hot enough to ensure they were fully cooked. pretty bad when a re satnurant can't get a order right. I would taking would take a picture If I could. There needs to be something in place to compensate people when your the one making the mistakes.
