“Yeah man i went in and it was packed, but Sam made the line quick. When she took my order i wasnt quite sure what i wanted, but she helped me pick out a drink and it slapped hard ngl. By the time i had paid Kaitlyn had already brought me my drink, and Sam jumped on making the rest of my families orders. Im from the east coast, and id fly here every day just to get that same service. I hope these girls are getting paid what they deserve?“

“Red head skinny girl with glasses in drive thru window was super rude. Asked if I could have extra caramel on my caramel Frappuccino and she stated “it’s already made I can’t pour it out” and proceeded to close the window on me. Waiting for my banana nut bread and she made another employee come and bring it to me. I love my Starbucks in my town but I will not be returning to this one.“
