I had the worst service of my life. On my way to hike the CDT. This restaurant made me wait 1 hour for a Navajo taco that never came. Terrible service, might be racist towards natives.

Was passing through Cuba New Mexico after reading the reviews I decided to stop and I wasn't disappointed they live up to their reviews greedy with friendliness.
They were through serving breakfast but hey made an exception, I had pancakes ham and eggs with dice poptatos, I wanted my pancakes a little lighter, It wasn't a problem they recook then for me, they were perfect. So this place have my vote, I will be stopping again

If you are looking for that perfect breakfast,,,,,this is the place
Old fashioned atmosphere, food, and service. Extremely worth the stop value. Three strips of thick bacon. Breakfast for two with coffee - $30 +tip. Service was prompt and efficient.
They have very good food here, the smothered breakfast burrito i had was out of this world!

I’ve eaten here twice. First time, the huevos rancheros were pretty good. The second time I had the absolutely worst chicken fried steak I’ve ever had in my life. It had a weird texture and tasted like moldy cardboard. Disgusting. I couldn’t finish it and I’m a Clean Plate kind of guy. An hour and a half later I had to pull into a gas station in Bloomfield and blow up the toilet with the aftermath.

Bike packer review.. Great Divide Mountain Bike Route 2025
Myself and 3 riding partners got into Cuba in the evening, all starving and ready for a good meal that was not camping food!
Most places in Cuba were closing, but Cuban Café was still open so we made dinner plans for there.
The food was delicious. I had the tamales.
Service was super friendly and the experience was so good, we ended up having breakfast there as well.
Great vibe and friendly atmosphere.

Ive driven through Cuba hundreds of times and never thought to stop here. I am very glad that I did, the Dr. Pepper was extra crispy, and the stuffed sopapia was soooooo very delicious. These mom and pops need more praise.
