“im from Louisiana where u know the food it good im a trucker and im here in cuba new mexico and love to find lil mom and pops restaurants i found eds cuban cafe got a bacon cheese burger and fry yesterday and i will say it was one of the best burgers ive had in a very long time so i came this morning got a a burrito and that thing is good as hell too i definitely will stop here again when i pass thru again i highly recommend stopping and eating here and staff here are friendly as well as owner”

“Came here today to get some chicken. A bit crunchy but nonetheless it was good.

This place has some cool pics on the wall and gives off cool NM vibes. Located right on 550 on the southbound lane it's pretty cool cause I was able to get my semi truck in there and turn around with no issues.

This place also has an EV charging station. This place serves chicken & BBQ, & burgers.

The guys who worked there were cool and they said the best time to come is now cause the food is fresh. It's 11:20am as I'm writing this on a Tuesday morning.

“We look forward to eating here on our way to Farmington. The atmosphere is nice & clean. The food is good, but sadly this time the service was not welcoming. Both the hostess and server just seemed irritated; maybe they were just having an off day. When the owner (or at least I think she was the owner) was around they seemed to perk up a bit but by that time we were already done with our meal.”

“Made a pit stop here for a snack on our way to Chaco Canyon. Wilson took our order and was just the brightest ray of sunshine. What a lovely human being. Service was great, food consistent, and restaurant easy to access. PROTECT WILSON AT ALL COSTS!!!!”
