Based on the reviews, Presciliano's Restaurant | New Mexican offers delicious food and friendly service. The menudo was delicious and worth the stop. A beef and bean burrito with rice, chicken chimichangas, and a huge sweet roll were provided for carry out, including local fried bread and honey. The chicken enchiladas with Christmas chile sauce were fantastic, and homemade sopapillas with honey were a treat. Homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream and fresh coffee were also delicious. The chicken fajitas were so good, with guacamole having the best taste and salsa with a nice but subtle bite. Despite large parties or arriving near closing time, food came out quickly, warm, and freshly made. The waitress was friendly, personable, and attentive.
