I rated service three stars due to the requirement to order via kiosks—one designated for cash and another for card payments. I prefer ordering directly from a cashier, as personal interaction and communication foster a far better experience than a computer screen. While automated ordering is increasingly common across many industries, excellent, human-centered customer service remains imperative.
