“It's a convenience store on the side of the highway running through smallish town. It's not amazing, but it gets the job done. They have a variety of snacks and drinks. As well as some vehicle supplies and a place to go to the bathroom.“
“McDonald's has taken a backward steps in terms of customer service with use of their limited terminals. If you don't want to use their terminals you have to wait an interminably long time to get someone to take your order. You can't do much in the way of customizing on the terminals. For example, I don't really like McDonald's sauces of any kind. Not easy to exclude and or substitute. This applies to all locations, not just the one I visited. Also, of late, I have found McDonald's is less interested in folks eating in unless they have small children. The TV screens in each of the locations I have visited in the last few months has seldom had anything view worthy on their screens. You used to be able to catch a few newsworthy moments and/or updates on sports. Now usually the screens are either advertising for McDonald's or are blank.“
“2/21/24: Nice place for a break in your trip. Plenty of parking for m/c, cars, rv. Parking might be a problem for 18 wheelers. Drive through window available. They have some nice outside areas to lounge in, walk pets, etc. Friendly service, fresh baked goods. I think they sometimes host music events, but nothing like that going on when I stopped.“
