No matter which way you are heading, plan to stop here. The food is far better than you would think available in this town. Choices to fit anyone. It is not just Mexican food but that is out favorite. We will never pass this restaurant by without stopping.

This place has great food and many locals were eating there (so you know it's good). We had dinner and went back next morning for breakfast. Both waitresses were excellent, and even though they were busy our food came quickly, served with a smile. If we're ever in Cuba again, this is where we'll eat.

Best Huevos Rancheros in New Mexico besides mine. Love the Red Chili, beans, hashbrowns, eggs & corn tortillas.....perfection. Have to stop & have them every trip thru Cuba, NM. Highly recommend . Great service as well.

We were passing thru and stopped for lunch-it was so good! We had the Del Prado Enchiladas and the Navajo Taco with red & green chile sauce. They both came with a sopapilla- it was all excellent! Service was as fast & friendly. Even the iced tea was great!
