We had a delicious lunch breakfast at almost closing time on a Saturday. We both loved our choices. Huevos Rancheros and Stuffed Sopapilla. Mr also raved about the light fluffy pancake he ordered. The waitress brought us everything we wanted and needed. The salsa was excellent. The restaurant had a diner feel to it. Clean, with nice tables. We recommend this restaurant. And we always have fun in Cuba, NM.

This place is legit good. We've been on a road trip and showed up here at closing time. They still took us in and fed us. The red sauce is made from scratch and is off the hook good. You could eat it on a flip flop and it would be amazing. If you are going thru please stop at this place.

Great small town cafe with fresh made to order food. The chips and salsa have a distinct flavor; as all salsas should. The apple pie tasted like it came fresh out of the oven.Overall great place to patron on your way.Parking: Large lot to park truck or trailer

Good, friendly service. We stopped for dinner on a Friday evening. There was nice, mellow live music. Dinner was delicious.

I have eaten there twice. I don't know why on both occasions I had to ask for chips and salsa when the menu says it comes with the meal. The food is very good. Service is not great.

Super nice people. Definitely not a traditional Mexican restaurant. A type of local American, Native American and hint of Mexican. Very odd flavoring in the ground beef. Chips stale. Beans and rice not Mexican at all. Basically a cafeteria style American food place. Over food was odd so we couldn't finish it, but tried as we didn't want to be rude. I would guess burger and fries would be a safer bet here.
