The McDonald’s in Cuba, NM has the worst customer service! I preordered my food on the McDonald’s app. 30 mins later my food was still not ready, I asked 3 people to help me and was ignored for over 10 minutes. When I finally got the girl to stop ignoring me she was very rude. Did not give us our drink cups and part of my order was missing. Not worth the stop!

I've always stopped here on my way to albq... but today was different, this place seemed they were short handed. Workers looked and acted stressed, no one to handle register, drinks weren't given after a long wait for food nor after food was given manager just sat in the corner on her computer, had workers family members cut in line to obtain personal things from the workers during work hours. Seemed they tended to them more than the paying customer. I was disappointed today

Exactly what you expect from a McDonald's, but I will remember this one for a bit longer, thanks to a really cute customer I encountered back in June. Too bad I was only passing through!

Slow! Ordered online in front of the store, went through drive thru, we sat there waiting for 20 minutes, and they gave us the wrong order. Do not come here. Service is very slow!

Manager chose to turn off mobile ordering 2 hours prior to an early closing. I had an order put in prior to this, as the app accepted the order and took my money. We sat at curbside for 20 mins before an employee notified us mobile ordering was turned off. There were no signs posted notating this. Manager refused to make our order or refund us in store. We were directed to cancel the order in the app despite showing them there was no option to do so. Manager states that it should auto refund after midnight then. Will be disputing the charge with my bank to get our money back after this terrible service.

I ordered on the app about 10 minutes before arriving but still had to wait at the window 5 minutes to receive the order. Food was good and fresh. Previous orders were more timely.
