Adobe Deli Reviews
I most definitely recommend this place. In fact, it might be my new favorite place in NM. It is an experience. Chrissy is an amazing server and bar tender. Mr Jacobson is a great guy. Wonderful and memorable experience.
Not sure who Gregory Jones is, but he really should stop messaging businesses trying to get people fired because he doesn't like what they say. Please keep your dog on a shorter leash.
Finally! Went back after a year, they have a new waitress! She is a jewel! long dark hair, didn't get her name though :/ She was professional, attentive and GOOD at her job, which is more than i can say for prior servers who didn't acknowledge your entrance or give a crap how you were treated. The food was hot and delicious! Great job Adobe! Still the best French onion soup on the planet!

Adobe Deli is a hidden gem serving delicious food in a funky atmosphere. The menu standouts include the French onion soup, bacon wrapped jalapenos, fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs with sticky BBQ sauce, and a generous liverwurst sandwich made with care. The location boasts a nostalgic, rustic old saloon vibe that adds to its charm, with tons of memorabilia and a library of old and rare books decorating the main dining room. Customers have highlighted the duck as a great option, along with the excellent food quality that includes huge portions. The food never disappoints, with many praising the French onion soup as the best they have ever had and the steak as succulent. Service is attentive, and the staff strives to ensure a great dining experience. The atmosphere is unique and eclectic, making each visit feel special. It is recommended to reserve a table in advance, especially for large groups, to enjoy this wonderful spot, which many consider New Mexico's most hidden treasure.
