Okay so I am currently on my way to my mother's funeral and my wife myself and my son are starving because we left without eating from our home we have to drive to a whole nother State and we happen to stop at the lotaburger in Deming. All of us order singularity for ourselves so the one that took our order talked to each one of us. I've already had a horrible day! And just wanted to feed my family. As you can see in the picture the girl had messed up our order I only wanted no onions and I had ordered the itsa burger meal as you can see in the photo. I started eating and realized that I only had the buns meat bacon and cheese no condiments at all no lettuce tomato nothing on the burger, so I turned my wife and asked her wasn't I supposed to have lettuce and tomato. I wouldn't have ordered it if it didn't. So she goes and checks inside what the menu says and comes and tells me that I am right. So then I grab the burger so I can show them that it doesn't have anything other than what I'm showing them and I speak to Monique she was so rude when she was even walking up the guys just were staring at me when I walked up to the counter waited for her to come to the front to talk to me and she just had a horrible look from the beginning because I walked back in with my burger obviously open. So she asked me how can she help me I let her know the situation that my burger was only supposed to have no onions and everything else and this is what I got and the girl messed up our order so she says okay ,and walks away. I noticed she never took the burger back or anything! Instead Monique puts lettuce tomatoes pickles and Mayo in a little to-go box enhance it to me and says the mustard is right here. So I grabbed it from her and I proceeded to tell her thanks if I would have known I had to make it myself I wouldn't have bothered! She just kind of put her eyebrows up and walked away to gossip with the 2 guys that were there !!! I am so pissed I'm dealing with too much for somebody to be disrespectful for no reason! they don't like their job then they shouldn't have it!! I did not put them in this job! Now I didn't eat but 2 bites kuz I'm having a hard time eating since yesterday when I found out my mother died!!!and the one time that I thought I was going to enjoy a meal I have to make it myself eat. They obviously don't care about their customers or try to amend something that they messed up I've worked in fast food I was a manager for Pizza Hut so I would know how fast food restaurants should deal with this situation. I really hope management does something about this & the way that this manager obviously don't train their staff about fixing situations or maybe common courtesy to their customers.

Very poor was 8 pm they dont close till 10 made a big deal about serving the 7th and 8th grade basketball team even the server was praying that we wouldn't order so they wouldn't have to work so hard, sad part is that it was our local team

I just went in to Blake’s lotta Burger in Deming Nm. I waited to order but I knew they were busy but to not even acknowledge your presence and get your order not even a I be with you kinda thing. After so many visits there throughout the years of passing by . What a shame sorry I won’t be going back

Very good! I had the single green chili Lotta burger! They also have breakfast burritos I recommend it all. Service was fast. It was a slow night but everyone who was sitting around got up to there post once they saw a customer walk in. They greeted me and asked what I would like. I would post a picture but I ate it already, thats how good it was.

This place has the best New Mexican style green Chile cheeseburger. The onion rings are good. No drive thru. Wait time is a little long, but worth it because the food is made fresh as you order it.
