These people messed up our order pretty badly. I didn't go inside so I can't really attest to how clean it was. But it seemed as if nobody was paying attention and it took a long time to get our food.

Its Me

So this BK is known for being as slow as molasses. But now with me the ONLY person in the drive thru I am asked to pull away from the window. Because they r making my onion rings fresh. Really? I asked why and was told because they have a timer on the window. Really because no one cares about the time when it takes 20 min to place an order and another 15 min to get the order. All I could say was well it's time to beat the clock. Because I am not pulling away from the window without my food. She was shocked. Not trying to spend a day here waiting on a cold whopper and hot onion rings. And past experiences are why

After returning to this place again they still had long wait times but the employees were very helpful so I’ll give them credit for that.

The manager here at the Burger King in Deming NM literally stood behind her employee and watched her argue wit my mom over money and didn’t even bother to intervene she is definitely not manager material plz do better training

This morning at 9:50 I entered the lobby to order a sausage biscuit meal.
I was told they had no biscuits but j oh could get a croissant. I asked how long it would be till they had biscuits ready and the manager, Daisy, told me they aren’t cooking anymore. So I went to leave but turned around to ask for the complaint number or corporate number and was refused. I then asked when her manager would be in and she told me today. I laughed and asked her what time and she finally gave me a straight answer. The manager then asked if I wanted to wait for a biscuit and she would cook it for me. I then asked why she changed her mind once I was going to complain about it. She refused to answer, got rather short and aggressive with me, told me she had other orders to fill and said to me “have a good day”z
She was fine with watching money walk out the door after refusing to do her job and treating a customer poorly with forty five minutes before change over.
Come on y’all. This is really how your company does business and these are the type of people you promote to management?

ordered 4 churros. To say that their picture did not match what i got would be an understatement. Their curros were less than 4" at about a dollar apiece. You couldnt even see them inside the their pouch. Talk about deceptive advertisement. to

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes no joke , no remorse either , not even a free small fry, was passing thru for a quick bite turned into a nightmare, I already put the order in thru mobile app, so I couldn’t just leave it was paid for already, was just a horrible experience and waste of my time
