My go to stop in Deming. Easy on/off from I-10. I always get the stacked enchiladas for lunch or dinner and Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. Red and green are both wonderful. Friendly service and affordable prices. Can’t wait to go back.

My husband got the Bambino burrito with red sauce, no rice or beans. It was huge and delicious! I ordered the brisket burrito in a bowl. It was very simple but the brisket is so good. The owner said he smokes the brisket for 19 hours! The salsa for the salsa and chips is amazing!

If you are looking for top rate NM food, you found it at the Cactus Cafe. We drive through Deming a few times a year and this is always our lunch stop. The red chili is exactly how red chili should be, the refried beans are AMAZING and the green chili is on pointe. The green chili cheese burger, taco plate and combination plate are also a family favorites. We are always greeted with a friendly smile from the attentive staff. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are in the mood for great NM food.
