Definitely a local spot. Prices on Mexican food were good. Prices on steak was expensive. We had Mexican food and it was decent. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Recommend you give the Cactus Cafe a try.

I've never had food anywhere with such great green chile flavor! Can't get over the freshness and homemade quality. Our table of 4 had chips and salsa, queso, brisket tacos, regular tacos, stacked enchiladas with red sauce, and chile rellenos. We all swapped and shared and it was all delicious! The owner, Dave was there helping us make our choices. Very caring and attentive. So happy we made the choice to eat there!

I have to say out of atleast 35 states we have had Mexican food this was hands down the best most awesome we have EVER had!!!! The chips and salsa and the smoked queso were over the top then came the food. My husband ordered a brisket burrito but ask for it to be deep fried like a chimichanga. No problem they said and he devoured it. I had the combination plate and there was nothing on this platter that wasn't beyond wonderful. Prices are great and portions are plentiful. I so wish we were in town longer to try more on the menu. If we come through this area again this WILL BE OUR STOP!!! The owner is a really great guy. We couldn't ask for a better place to go for good music, drinks, food and atmosphere. Thank you so much!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

The Great Bambino (dare to try) Burrito was excellwnt and enough to feed 2.5. Smothered with green chile was perfect.
Simple and effective place to have a nice meal. I had the ribs with salad and fries. They were delicious and the meat fell off the bone. The owner stated they smoke the ribs for over 6 hours to give the good flavor. Thank you.

Just passing through the town and I’m glad I stopped here. I was unsure about getting a steak at first but damn, I’m glad I got one! Steak was cooked to perfection!
