We waited several minutes while the solo staff member refilled product before making three items for the guests before us. He was perfectly friendly and took our order. He then proceeded to take several more orders, not making ours. We waited almost 15 minutes total and never even got our food because he continued to take orders instead of making ours. We want our money back! And we don’t fault the staff member, he was clearly unsupported and management should have been there to help. Sad situation.

Food is good, but the price for what you get is crazy high. The chicken strips are super tiny, cost $14 after tax form the "basket", and they still forget the bread/toast. Not worth it.

Went to buy 2 combo meals. But on one wanted onion rings and a shake. My other was cheese curds and a shake. So instead of up charging for the changes he charge me full price for the onion rings, cheese curds and both shakes. An extra 24.96.

Ice cream machine broke. I had to wait forever for a burger. However, the burger was made fresh and tasted good. This visit was supposed to be a quick rest stop on a long trip but service was slow.
