Try to get diesel fuel, and all of the pumps had parked cars, and no one was in their car. So people parked at the fuel pumps and went into to eat at Dairy Queen. This was the most craziest gas station. Avoid this Dairy Queen if you want good service.

It is a nice enough DQ to get a 5 star but, they are missing standard items from there menu, like the fish sandwich, animal crackers blizzard, just to name a couple. Food we ordered was good and the staff did a great job.

I’ve visited some disappointing DQ locations before, but this one was by far the worst. The clerk’s attitude was extremely poor. We placed our order before other customers, and our order number was ahead of theirs. However, people who ordered after us received their food first, while we were still waiting.
When I asked about the delay, the staff told me that our order was more complicated, so they prioritized others behind us. If that’s the case, what’s the point of giving out numbers? Shouldn’t orders be prepared in the sequence they’re received?
What made the experience worse was the male clerk’s attitude—he was dismissive and never offered an apology. It honestly felt like we were being treated unfairly, possibly because we’re new immigrants. The whole experience came across as discriminatory and unwelcoming.

My family and I have always loved Dairy Queen even if we have to travel a ways to get there. Today we were met with long lines and a wait because the person working was by herself. But she didn’t get rattled, instead she just kept taking and filling orders. Rena was doing all that , cooking and even cleaning tables. Thank you Rena.

We had blizzards. I received someone else's. When I brought it to their attention one lady seemed really uninterested in remaking my order. The second lady did remake it but I didn't receive the extra ingredients I paid for.

Three men working and it took 10 minutes for a small blizzard. There were no big orders ahead of me. Not one of the men greeted me or acknowledged me. Such poor customer service. I stop at this DQ when I travel to and from NM and AZ. I will find a new spot. The date was 6/12/2025 at 2:40 pm.
