We are passing thru on the way to AZ. Hubby has allergies. First thing we asked was what kind of oil do they use? Our waitress went back, and then came back and said they don’t have any container so they didn’t know. So, he ordered a sirloin steak, medium rare. No seasonings. Lettuce salad with double French dressing. And broccoli. And a glass of milk. His steak was rare and cold in the middle. He couldn’t even eat part of it, but made himself eat some, cause he was hungry! The salad came with Thousand Island dressing - not French. His glass of milk had a small chip on the rim. When we paid, the guy did take $5 off his meal. I had the Bourbon Grilled Chicken Skillet and mine was very good. We were not impressed, at all.

Very dry very rude even up to the manager so I guess it's encouraged care if you look different or of ethnic origin did not get what I ordered instead of waiting for my correct order I went ahead and ate it anyway went to pay the manager treated me like I was some kind of piece of trash I will never go here again never never never never too many nice businesses in Deming and they actually bring you what you ordered
We waited 15 minutes for someone to get our order, coffee was cold, pancakes had pieces of onions it tasted like onions 😡

Let me start off by saying I rarely give less than a four star in my reviews.
My wife and I finished driving five hours from Phoenix Arizona and we were really hungry so we stopped in. When we walked in we asked the server if we could sit at the bar this way we could eat quicker and leave because we still had a long drive ahead of us.
So we sat down at the bar. After about a minute my wife mentioned she had to run to the restroom and she asked me to order her an iced tea. She was gone for about five or six minutes so it was actually quite long but during that time there was a woman in front of us that was taking the orders off of the window area near the kitchen. The whole time my wife was gone this woman never acknowledged me and after my wife came back as I said it was probably a good 5 to 6 minutes she was surprised that she didn’t have her iced tea and I told my wife I said the woman isn’t even acknowledging my existence.
She didn’t say hello she didn’t say I will be right with you she literally ignored me and so I told my wife I had to run to the restroom. My wife said by the time you come back if she doesn’t acknowledge me we’re just gonna leave. I purposely took my time so I was gone for maybe four minutes because I wanted to see if she would acknowledge my wife because I wanted to give her a chance maybe she was busy I don’t know. When I came back my wife said let’s go. I said wait what? She said she didn’t even look at me one time.
So we got up and walked out and I looked over my shoulder to look back at them and at that point one of the cooks and that woman were staring at us as we were walking away. It was as if they didn’t even want us there and they were waiting for us to leave because that was the only time they acknowledged us.
I didn’t even get a chance to try to food so I’m not gonna give it a rating I just gave the Service a rating which is terrible. There’s nothing less than a one star otherwise I would’ve given it that. Management needs to do something about their staff And start letting them know that they need to learn some Customer Service and manners.
