Very disappointing experience with this restaurant
I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the restaurant accepted it, so I expected it to be prepared and handed over for delivery.
I waited over an hour, after which the order was cancelled. What made the situation worse is that the reason for cancellation kept changing — first I was told the restaurant was closed, and later it was described as a vague “quality issue,” with no explanation.
Trying to resolve the situation, I called the restaurant directly to arrange picking up the order myself, but no one answered the phone.
If a restaurant aims to provide quality service, it should not ignore delivery orders, accept them, keep customers waiting for over an hour, and then cancel at the last moment. If the order could not be fulfilled, this should have been communicated immediately.
After 10 hours of driving, I was left without dinner because many places were already closed.
Accepting orders and then cancelling them after a long wait, combined with no response to phone calls, is not quality service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

This is the worst place to get food i would never take my family here or any friends ever its a nightmare for service thier all kids and play around in the back and are seriously lacken thier are alot of people who would love to have a job right now im sure they have people just standing around and craxken jokes and laughing while lots of coustermers are lined up i came up to the counter people behind me and can not get service while thier atleast two people standing thier just having a great conversation while thier is only one guy who's trying to work I wont eat here

Had the loaded potato with meat. I had chosen the brisket, the meat was tender, and the potato was huge, I had plenty of food for a very reasonable price.

I've been wanting to go to Dickeys for quite awhile. Some time back I went to Dickeys and had the best chicken wings with the bone and homemade fries. We'll it took me some time and finally decided to go splurge on myself. You know with a fixed income you just hesitate to spoil yourself. I spent 17.00 on 10 chicken wings and a small order of homemade fries. We'll let me tell you I was very disappointed with everything I got. The wings were not as big as they used to. They used to be as big as the wings they sell at Walmart for 5.99. Now they are so small . The wings are just like they sell at Popeys, Dominoes, Pizza Hut and Little Ceasars. The reason I mention this places , Is that I've been to this places and had thier chicken wings. And also the wings were very dry. I was also disappointed with the homemade fries. They are not the real homemade fries they are frozen and are named home fries. I was expecting the real potato you cut up and fry it in oil. Those are delicious. I also waited awhile for them to take my order. I understand they were busy. They could have told me they would be right with m, they just continued doing what they needed to do. When I got my order they hadn't put it in the bag they just gave me the chicken wings. I told the young man that it was to go and I also needed my fries. Well let me tell you a small order of fries is exactly what you get if you order a small. They put the fries in a big bag making them look like what did I pay for. Well Im sorry to say that Im not going back to Dickeys.
Drive through starving and the menu looked amazing! Walked in and ordered food excited. As we waited two other people were waiting for an u we order and regular order. Both of them seemed already upset which started worrying us on time to wait. We ended up getting the wrong food after having to explain exactly what we ordered from the start. It was very dry and the fries were hard and over cooked and customer service didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. Very disappointed! Wish we saw the reviews before we stopped.

Sandwich was OK. The fries were hard enough to be a fossil the bearded individual who took my order was unappreciative Lee sarcastic, even taunting the customer after me. He obviously thinks he’s smarter than everybody else. He had Speed Metal playing extra loud. The whole experience was obnoxious.

I was traveling and stopped there to get Gas when I noticed the Dickey's. I had never been at this chain before. Tried the Brisket Sandwich Combo and really enjoyed it! The prices are also reasonable!

Buc-ee’s ain’t the only truck stop with bbq! I had bone in wings and a pulled pork sandwich and was amazed at how good it was, not your normal truck stop fare. Strong recommendation

I ordered online when i got there my order had not yet been started. That was fine. We waited... Then they were out of gravy i was ok with waiting a little more. When the gravy came out it was like brownie batter. They proceeded to put it on even after i said it looks to thick. Then chicken was raw and rubbery!! Need to work on customer service.
