We had went there while visiting my dad. We decided to go there because I figured they had a variety of options. Boy was I wrong!! They didn't have any hamburger buns to make hamburgers, Settled for a patty melt which both my husband's and Dad's were burnt and a sad excuse for a patty melt which was the option they said they knew how to make. They only had enough broccoli for 1 side, green beans were NOT made how it said in menu. How can a IHOP STAY IN BUSINESS IF THEY DONT HAVE PRODUCT TO COOK WHAT'S ON THE MENU! Was told that the owner was cutting back on the budget. Don't see this IHOP staying in business much longer. Staff was nice though.

Poor service, mediocre food and the employees here are more concerned about chatting with one another than waiting on their customers. One of the worst restaurants in Deming and they need a good manager to straighten things out. Never received spoons with our coffee and had to stir it with a knife. Give me a break!!!

It was okay. We are regulars we go 2x a week usually! I got A omelette for the first time it was chicken fajita it was overcooked it was rubbery and hard to eat! The onions and peppers were burned! I didn't complain! I got 3 flavored pancakes New York cheesecake! They didn't taste like cheesecake pancakes they tasted very plain! And there was white stuff in the middle it tasted gross! The IHOP in Mesa,AZ I had New York cheesecake it had chunks of cheesecake they were very good! I don't complain a lot but I definely with never eat that stuff there again!

Typical IHOP, with many holiday pancake offerings. Not on my diet, but sure looked good.

Dietary restrictions: They happily replaced the hashbrowns with a nice fruit cup!

Showed up at 6 am, chains on the door, nobody inside, no cars parked in back. Waited until 6:30 and still no one. Showed back up at 2 in the afternoon and they were open. Went inside to ask what the hours were and they said they opened at 6. To which we told them no as we were here till 6:30 and they had no answer. Just said the General Managee said he was here at 6, he must have had a hard time getting a baby sitter?. But either way lied to our faces and did not open when they are supposed to. Absolutely no way to run a business.

Walked in. Stood there for 5 to 10 minutes. No one there. Don't know if they are hanging out in the kitchen but not a soul to be seen. Walked out.

Decided to come here when we received no service from Denny's. Place was empty so we were told to sit wherever and immediately asked for our drink order which was good. Asked for chocolate milk for my toddler. All out. How about regular milk? Nope. Lemonade? No! At this point we left IHOP and Deming altogether. Do Not Go Here!!! How do you make pancakes if you are out of milk?

False advertising.
Big advert in the entry lobby: "all you can eat pancakes with any breakfast combo." The IHOP website for 'Deming specials' says the same OR $5 all-you can eat pancakes without the combo.

We only wanted the pancakes, but decided to order a breakfast combo, so we could get the pancakes with it for free.

Menu says "avocado toast" is breakfast combo. First they refused to make the classic avocado toast , even though it is listed in their menu for $8.99. We had to get eggs with it at an extra charge of $1. But they did not give us the side dish (fruit or hash browns) that they were supposed to serve with it.

Then they refused to honor their advertisement and billed us $10 for the pancakes on top of the breakfast combo. If we had ordered the allo-you can-eat pancakes separately, the advertised charge was $5.

When I asked to remove the charge, first they said: "that ad is no longer valid" and then: "the breakfast combo we bought isn't really a breakfast combo." NONSENSE of course.

We ended up paying $33, more than DOUBLE for an order that was supposed to be $8.99 (avocado toast) + 6.99 (tomato basil soup = $$15.98. That is more than false advertising. That is blatant fraud.

This is the last time I go there.
