I was waiting to place a to go order. Three people walked by me three times without saying a word to me. They would even make eye contact. I walk up and grab a menu to see what they have. 10 minutes goes by, and nothing. So I left. Horrible service. Wouldn't recommend or come back. They don't deserve one star.

I wish I had checked out the reviews before we ordered. We ordered pot roast meal. The meal was missing the potatoes. Ordered the American smash burger. The burger was fine but we ordered the French fries crispy. They arrived barely cooked. I have eaten at other Iron Skillet locations and they all were outstanding. I will not be stopping here in the future.

Despite The Iron Skillet's reputation for having courteous and attentive staff, the food unfortunately falls short of expectations. On multiple visits, I found the dishes to be subpar, with the temperature barely reaching warm and the flavors lacking any real depth. On one occasion, the cheese atop the dish was served cold, suggesting minimal effort in preparation. Sadly, the overall dining experience was far from satisfactory. I would rate it a 1 out of 10 and cannot recommend it.

My husband wondered about the restaurant when we were the only ones there. It took 30 minutes to get our food, and when it came, it was either cold or barely warm. My husband's chicken breast was maybe 1/4” thick on most of the piece and maybe 1/2” on a little bit of it. I had the orange chicken which tasted good but was not even warm when it came out of the kitchen. It was pretty pathetic for $34.00, and we only had water to drink. We won’t be going back, and would not recommend it.

Omg.. I had the 5 pancakes and eggs. My wife had the chicken fried steak. My sons had a burger and chicken fingers. Everything tasted great... no good but great.

The cook working Sunday evening needs to be replaced! I ordered two entrees and he couldn’t have done a worse job, disgusting my wife and i took one bite and threw everything in the trash. We had the same dishes at other Iron Skillets and they were pretty good. The cook is definitely the problem.

Is there a ideal time we can expect a improvement with the food and service. Maybe less then a year? Maybe a a Decade? We would love to know so we can enjoy your guys brand. Thank you.

This one was unfriendly, picture of what I asked for on the wall, n menu was told I'd have to pay extra, sweet tea was soured, and waitress didn't want to work. Was unfriendly, maybe was thqt hot Jean jacket she's wearing in the desert, idk. But her snippy attitude n eye role almost caused me to get violent. I stop at these restaurants all across the usa, this was the first time I ever walked out, oh and no coffee ready at a truck stop restaurant

I honestly don't expect much but have stopped here 2 times in the last month and my orders have been wrong. Tonight ordered a chicken fried steak with green beans and a loaded baked potato. Took 45 mins to get my food with an empty dinning area. Get to my truck and boom no green beans and chicken fried steak was way over cooked. I'm just gonna stop eating here and order Starbucks and just leave.

I ordered grilled salmon they gave me 2 thin slice of undercooked fish. But i still payed 26 dollars without complaining because my parents always say never make someones day bad by telling them their mistakes i left the table without even touching the plate didnt even touch the rice or broccoli but i will never return to this place ever again in my future.
