Don't order the chicken tenders, should be named chicken pinky's with how damn tiny they were, lady tried to act like it's normal, at the very least she did switch my food from a number 8 to number 7, shouldn't be selling those tiny tenders in the first place

Yesterday I ask for 3 crispy wings, I wanted hot sauce and honey with butter. The person at the drive thru was so nasty she rudely said aloud you want anything else. I responded why are you being nasty she then shut the glass window in my face. I opened my bag to eat my chicken and discovered I had 2 thighs and a leg. I went in to let them know and the person at the counter was nice nasty, said they don't have any wings, I told her I should have been informed you don't have wings. When I looked into the thighs they were not fully cooked. I ate the leg and by the time I got home I had diarrhea. Today I still have it. The chicken was dark and didn't look fresh. I should not have eaten that leg. I tossed the thighs today. I will not go to that Kentucky chicken again. The customer service is awful.

We were very disappointed. We only can afford to treat our kids to KFC a couple times a year. So, it is a big deal. The chicken was ok (wings were a little overcooked and dry). We got a 16 piece meal and asked for 2 mashed potatoes and 2 Mac and cheese. One of our sons doesn't like chicken but loves the Mac and cheese. We live over 1-1/2 hours away and realized when we got home that we had 2 mashed potatoes and 2 Cole slaw with a box of rock hard stale biscuits. We spent over $80, and no one was satisfied. I guess it is time to try other chicken chains.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. This girl named Marissa is the manager at kfc she helped me in what wanted and was so patient with me I recommended to eat here …. ♥️
We arrived at 9:00 p.m. - the lobby is supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m.(according to the sign on the door), but the doors were locked. Decided to go through the drive-thru (wished we hadn't). We ordered a classic bowl and three-piece tenders with sauce. First we realized that they didn't give us the sauce that we ordered - and several minutes after we drove away realized that ALL the food was cold - this is definitely a place to avoid (Arby's probably would have been better - and that saying something)

I gave a 1 star because it would not allow me to give zero stars. Stop on Friday, September 13th, @ 8:15pm. Ordered thru drive through. The girl that was at the window was very rude. I had ordered the drink to have very little ice. The drink was full of ice. I asked if she could please take it back & replace it with very little ice. She stated she would not & that the drink already had light ice but that the ice was big. I then asked her to please replace it with no ice @ which time she said no she would not & that if I wanted it changed I would have to drive around & do it myself. I asked to speak to the manager . An unprofessional man came to the window & also stated that the cup was light ice but was full of ice because the ice was big. So I asked him to please replace it with no ice . He finally rudely agreed & said we had to move forward and wait. He finally came & brought out a cup full of ice. Stating he wanted the first cup back, which was no problem. I told him that he had not done no ice. He stated that if I didn’t like it then I could leave. Before drinking from the cup I opened it. Good thing I did because it looked like someone had spit in it. You could see what looked like spit on the very top of the drink. I could be wrong & maybe someone did not spit in it, but that’s what it looked like to me. My family & I will definitely not be patronizing this KFC again. People please beware of this KFC location. Very rude service.

Ordered a Famous Bowl ,got 4 very small pieces of chicken. Asked the manager if that was normal and she said yes. So there's no way I can recommend eating there at all.
