As out of towners, we didn’t feel welcomed. I didn’t get a chance to order because NO ONE came to the front to assist me or redirect me to where I can order. I was standing at the counter while workers watched me. I had to notice the sign myself to order at the kiosk. Next, after I decided to give up ordering at the kiosk because I couldn’t swap mashed potatoes with fries, another customer came in and was immediately greeted by a worker saying, “I’ll be right with you.” We ended up leaving. Maybe our kind isn’t welcomed here🤷🏾♀️.

The food was terrible — the chicken was old and full of gristle. The service from the long-haired staff member was extremely poor; he was rude, arrogant, and provided awful customer service. I do not recommend this place at all.
