Drive thru service by Ismael was absolutely garbage. I was very clear as to my order. He did give me what I request. Wasn't welcoming at all. The guy should be at the drive through window.

Delicious and fresh; I bought that $20 deal box and everything was perfection. The manager was very attentive and helping the workers during a rush hour. The manager was exemplary and is an asset to KFC!!!!

Ordered Xtra crispy breasts online. Got there they said it would be 20 min, offered me thighs. I only like breasts, so I said no. Over 20 min later they informed me the cook had fried original.. did I want that. NO ... That's why I ordered what I did... I wanted Xtra crispy breasts. So I ended up waiting an hour for my food. CHANGE THE APP if this is such a problem. Don't let ppl order it fast. I got free cake, but was starving. Ppl were very nice about it. Then when I finally did get it, the breading was half cooked. Still had to take it home finish cooking it in my air fryer. Free cake does not make up for all this.
