McDonald's is a busy franchise with slow service that needs improvement. The parking situation is difficult, with the drive-thru blocking entrance and exit. Despite this, a customer passing through found the staff friendly and the dining room clean, although disappointed that the ice cream machine was not working for their Shamrock Shake. Another traveler appreciated the clean decor and quick service, receiving their basic breakfast and hot coffee promptly. While some employees were seen standing around, this customer had a positive and unique experience at this McDonald's location.
