They need to improve their customer service skills and upgrade the speakers in the drive-thru. You can't hear the employees at all. When mentioned, the kid at the window didn't care much, her response should've been "sorry to hear that. I'll let my manager know" instead her response was "oh, it's sometimes the wind and we can't hear you either" if I can't hear you on the speaker, it's the speaker volume that needs to...
