As a truck driver it is not easy to get healthy food I start my day 5:00 a.m. in the morning from Dallas I'm in my way to North California Oakland after I drive 750 mile my stomach was empty I have to stop I just ate Google a good food around me and then I found I found the polio de cabron I just on time before they close they serve me grilled chicken amazing grilled chicken that you never get it on the truck stop if you are driving through I-10 around Tucson I highly recommend...

Apart from the tacos, the chicken is SUPER. We love the food there, they treat you with great kindness, with a smile and good character. We come from El Paso and we always come to eat here!!!!

Super nice and great service. They were out of chicken but then legitimately served me the best beef barbacoa of my life, not too sweet nice char to it. Great al pastor too, well seasoned. Great salsa as well.Will absolutely scheme another road trip to pass by this spot again ? ? ?
