As a Popeyes regular from Texas to California, I decided to try this Popeyes after reading the one positive review posted last week about a new manager making things much better. The service as friendly and fast but there is something wrong with the food at this location. My spicy breast was crispy but pulled away from the meat too easily. It appeared to be cooked and not raw but there was something white and creamy mid way through. The texture was just off. The mashed potatoes had the right flavor but weren’t the right texture either - almost watery. My husband’s coleslaw tasted kind of slimy. We love Popeyes and hate leaving them a bad review but it was bad. The only thing that tasted excellent was the biscuit.

Since the new general manager started, the dine in area is really clean. The orders are coming out quickly, and the counter person, Marciano was very pleasant and helpful.

Stopped in as I am traveling to use the restroom and get something tobeat... that was 20 minutes ago nobody behind the counter seems to care. And there's like 5 people behind me in line... that's not counting the drive thru... not rating the food because I haven't gotten any

Honestly this place needs to close down. Clearly management nor Popeyes Inc. care about this location. Employees are rude. Things you order online aren’t in stock at the store so you get there and they are like “sorry we don’t have that.” The last guy that helped me was ready to just walk away without offering me a replacement for something I paid for. Honestly this is a joke and I can’t wait to see it closed due to horrible everything.

1. The fries were served old and cold. The pieces of chicken were not the 10. 2. The service is bad, unprofessional, not amicable to clientele. 3. Atmosphere is empty all the time which should tell you that it's better to go elsewhere. When I showed up they were refunding someone which is also a bad sign. And yep, not worth it.
At least for specific establishment in Deming, it is not good at all. Definitely not going back.

The employees here are very friendly and exceptional! I generally don’t expect much from a town this size where all jobs pay about the same, so I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at this location.

I decided to go to Popeyes instead of KFC to give them business it was empty as always. The chicken breast was raw with blood. Sorry IPhone cameras suck.
The restaurant was freezing cold, I had to keep going outside to warm up. The food is very expensive. We ordered chicken tenders, it took a very long time to get them, 3 customers that ordered after us got their food first. The fries were not fresh, kind of like cardboard. We finally got our food and left only to find out that the sauces were not in the bag or boxes. I will not be going back

I’ve tried to like this place but I’ve given up. They never have any chicken. How to sell something you don’t have? Makes no sense. The chicken they did have and sold me wasn’t what I ordered. One tender was nothing but crusty no chicken. My tea was OLD and sour. Won’t be back.

I ordered a 5-piece tender meal, but the tenders were disappointingly small, dry, and chewy—hard to swallow. The fries, however, were excellent. This was my first bad experience at Popeyes, so it’s still not off my list. Noticed a handwritten sign on the door saying the lobby was closed due to short staffing, with only the drive-thru open. Still not an excuse for poor quality.
