I'd ordered and quickly went to restroom and returned in less than a few min (there were four people ahead of me waiting). I proceeded to wait over 15min for my single item to be called untill I asked barista (female with glasses) if she'd made it yet. She shrugged and simply replied that someone else probably took it. She didn't offer to re-make my order and I was pressed for time so I walked out empty handed. Poor customer service.

Starbucks employee should have to inform first before they taking order, look at pic i posted. Their employee took order and then said machine was broken and you can warm your latte in microwave or take refund.

The old guy here . He is so slow . There is big line . But he is taking 1 hour for one customer

Employees have no manners to talk and deal with customers and also not make perfect order.

I stopped at this Starbucks while traveling down Interstate 10, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. They don’t offer any hot drinks like chai lattes, only iced coffee or americanos. I’m not sure why this location is open without offering the full menu. The store also looks run down and could use some attention. Very disappointed, especially since it’s the first Starbucks I’ve come across on this route.

Lady working gives me a cup says no lids an walks off ask can you give me a cup with a lid she said no with attitude than walks back hands me a lid very disrespectful

I order chai tea latte 7 sugar 6 pumps chai they don’t add the sugar why ? i pay my order they add the sugar after make my order then i say i order 7 sugar but in chai have no sugar they told me i not put the sugar in chai latte if you didn’t put the sugar why you give the option then i order

Cashiers are behaving very bad, they are all the time on the phone.

WOW, I couldn't believe that a small cup of coffee plain was that expensive, almost $5, then their snacks were astronomy high, a quasont was $5, when you can get a dozen at costco for $6.99.

Very friendly staff, they struggle a bit with making some things as well as other locations but they make up for it with amazing attitudes. Personally I'd rather my coffee be a tad off with a smile than perfect with a crap attitude. I'll be back alot

I have traveled all over coast to coast and this by far is my absolute favorite Starbucks! They are consistent with their hot mocha spot on every time I come through here. The atmosphere is always friendly and smiling faces. The baristas are always friendly and such amazing attitudes. Wished I could take the crew and establishment back home to Ohio :-) if you like Starbucks I would definitely recommend this one. Safe travels :-)
