Ambiance was superb. Except for a guy named Trey miller and Kendal Wienburger who kept using vulgar language in public. They were loudly speaking of masturbation
I visited this Starbucks location several times this week while staying in the area for business. On each visit, the same employee informed every customer entering the store that there would be a wait of 10 minutes or more before taking orders.
Additionally, after placing my order and thanking her, her demeanor was consistently expressionless and unengaged. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, this behavior was consistent across multiple visits.
Due to the repeated experience, I chose to leave without ordering today and will not be returning to this location.

Coffee buyers beware!
Based on my own experience just minutes ago and multiple previous comments, this store baristas don't give a damn what you order and just give you what they feel like.
I asked twice for Cafe Verona dark roast and got a blonde roast instead.
I only noticed that after the first sip when I already left the store.
Oh, and I was the only customer in the store, so it wasn't a mix-up or anything like that, just pure incompetence...

Apparently they didn't have any warm coffee. Just cold.
I asked for a Double espresso with cream he gave me a watered down Americana. He literally said he added water...
And... There was no creamer and they said they didn't have any creamer then poured a half cup of .... Creamer? I'm traveling... what am I gonna do with another cup?

I need to stop tipping, because everytime I do, I do NOT get what I asked for.
Asked for caramel latte, got a macchiato (yuck).
My advice is don’t say your order, scream it! and also write it down!
At first it was all good with cashier, the when i picked up my orders. One was not made correctly, I told the barrista about it. She had to remake my drink before she dumped the wrong one i told her. I would pay for that one as well. As she ignored me she dumped it out with lot of anger. Her personality changed. Gave me the correct drink not handling w care she tosed it some how. Again with anger look. She was even red of her face showing her dislike. People if you don’t like to work w customers don’t work there at all. I pay for how n what I want. Shame on this Lady. The short Bennett Barista was awesome.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize an incredible Starbucks barista named Andrew . He’s full of positive energy .What truly stands out is how he manages everything—making drinks, handling orders, and still delivering excellent customer service—all at the same time. It’s honestly impressive.
He’s hardworking, respectful, and incredibly humble for someone so young. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it makes the whole store feel more welcoming. People like Andrew are the reason customers keep coming back. Starbucks is lucky to have him!

Normally does alright for me, but today I went in and told the girl at the counter with light colored hair and glasses I wanted two drinks. A frappe and a latte. She misunderstood and thought I wanted two of the frappes and one latte. I looked at my receipt on the app after and realized what happened so I asked her to not make the second one and to refund it. It had not yet been started. Instead of accepting she’d made a mistake and fixing it she started arguing with me and insisting I asked for two. I couldn’t even discuss it with her because she practically resorted to a whisper so I just told her forget it and to make the second stupid drink since a simple refund for a mistake is apparently a big deal. Not sure what her problem was but I’m pretty sure a mega corporation can process a refund for a simple mistake for a drink that hasn’t even been made yet. That’s okay, though. I’ll make sure the local coffee shop gets my business instead. I have to drive 15-20 minutes on the interstate to get to this location so if my experience isn’t going to be up to par, I don’t think I need to spend my money there.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your store located in Taos, New Mexico.
During my visit, I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from one of your employees named Andy. When I approached the counter to request a refill based on Starbucks’ refill policy — which I’ve used in the past without issue — Andie refused to listen to my explanation and responded to me in a rude and disrespectful tone.
I have been a loyal Starbucks customer and have had positive experiences at this same location before. However, on this occasion, I was treated poorly and unfairly, simply for trying to communicate respectfully about my order. The way I was spoken to left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome.
I sincerely hope that Starbucks takes this matter seriously and addresses it with the appropriate action. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the situation.
