I’m from Arizona and my car broke down in Deming. This place was next to the mechanic and their barbacoa torta was so good that I hope to break down in Deming again soon.

Happened to stop by this place as we were passing through from a road trip. We were craving Mexican food and its was one of the few places open past 8pm. Glad we did. Food was great and if we pass through again we will stopping here for sure. Parking is behind the building.

Fresh and delicious. We made the split decision to stop here on our way through town and it did not disappoint. The tortillas and horchata were amazing

We thought our food adventure in New Mexico was over as we headed back to Arizona, but Tacos Mirasol in Deming turned out to be the perfect last stop. It was a rainy day, and not much was open, but Mirasol was open, dry, and absolutely delicious. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend the guacamole tostada and the chile relleno—you won’t be disappointed. Plus, there’s plenty of parking in the back, which made it easy to pull in and enjoy a great meal.

Updated post: Wow never thought I would change my star rating. Food still delicious but I just had 4 employees ignore me for a phone. And by that I mean the woman with the phone looked over her shoulder, rolled her eyes and went back to her phone showing other employees what was on her phone. So it doesn't matter what the food tastes like if you can't place an order.
