We thought our food adventure in New Mexico was over as we headed back to Arizona, but Tacos Mirasol in Deming turned out to be the perfect last stop. It was a rainy day, and not much was open, but Mirasol was open, dry, and absolutely delicious. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend the guacamole tostada and the chile relleno—you won’t be disappointed. Plus, there’s plenty of parking in the back, which made it easy to pull in and enjoy a great meal.

Updated post: Wow never thought I would change my star rating. Food still delicious but I just had 4 employees ignore me for a phone. And by that I mean the woman with the phone looked over her shoulder, rolled her eyes and went back to her phone showing other employees what was on her phone. So it doesn't matter what the food tastes like if you can't place an order.

Best New Mexican food ever! At a great price! We were driving thru town and this place was recommended. We had the combination plate the tamale and red chile are amazing. They also had the best ice tea served w lime just the way my daughter & I like it.
