We went through the driver thru this evening and the gentleman taking our order was rude and unprofessional. He was very short with me and this continued even at the window. I found out this gentleman was a manager when I confronted his behavior. He never apologized or even acknowledged that his behavior was unprofessional. His response instead was “I don’t know what to say, that’s just how I take orders”. This is not okay and I’m extra concerned that this has come from a manager.

M-F no problem, fast service, food hot. Saturday, forget about it. Waited at the drive thru 10 min. 1 car at the window in front of me. Got to the point I called the store and got Mr Ortiz who informed me he could only do 1 order at a time.... Just saying sounds like a pioneer chicken / burger king past employee in this town. They take an order, you pay for your order and they give you your order before taking another order.

I just went through the drive through ordered 20 pc nuggets and two jr bacon cheese burgers, Had me wait for two jr bacon cheese burgers for them to be as hard as a rock.

Gave me a watered-down coke in place of a tea. Why would you think this is acceptable? Fries were not fresh and crispy as they should be. More soggy dead fries. Sandwiches were better but lack flavor. Chicken nuggets taste okay but have like an air bubble in them with little chicken inside. Plus, a few were burnt and shriveled up. Veggies were good on sandwiches. They did include straws, napkins, and sauce in the bag.
This place is always busy the employees are fast the food is good and the service is ok.

After ordering a $10 salad with no meat, I went inside to ask for more greens since the container was half empty. I was ignored and given another salad instead, still half empty. They did confirm the salads are pre made, but thought I wouldn't notice the quick swap instead of simply doing what I asked. And, of course, they didn't give me a receipt.
Just go to Walmart next door for a bigger, healthier salad that has more protein & only costs $3!

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at it’s was disgusting the French fries were literally colder than the ambient temperature the meat tasted like it had been left in the fridge for months I got a 20 piece nugget parmesan and garlic it should be called disgusting oil dip I ate 5 and had to throw the rest away I still feel like I’m gonna throw up the oil

We arrived right before 10pm after not being able to find anything else (other than McDonald's) open. As soon as we stepped inside the restaurant the manager tells us we have to leave and that if we want food we can only order drive thru. He went and locked the doors and basically kicked us out. We weren't rude, however he was very rude to us even when I asked if they didn't close at 11. The hours online showed they are open until 11pm, it was barely 10pm. On the other hand, McDonald's was great.
