Has been 30 minutes half of our lunch has gone by yet we didn’t get our food for four sandwiches this is ridiculous how long they take service sucks and is very rude when asked for a refund still took to long had to leave to go back to work

We pulled into drive thru, and Crystal, the girl that took our order, must have been inconvenienced because we asked a few questions. She was rude and rushed us while we were ordering. The order came out fast, but the fries were cold and stale. She didn't even give us a fork for the spicy buffalo nuggets.

Kids working in there don’t listen to instructions … got food for me and my patient being diabetic asked for a no sugar soda and no salt and the JBC meal , meanwhile asked for mine to be regular with the chicken sandwich and they messed everything up! Its not just about being picky its about my job and my patients health ! They suck !!!!

We went through the driver thru this evening and the gentleman taking our order was rude and unprofessional. He was very short with me and this continued even at the window. I found out this gentleman was a manager when I confronted his behavior. He never apologized or even acknowledged that his behavior was unprofessional. His response instead was “I don’t know what to say, that’s just how I take orders”. This is not okay and I’m extra concerned that this has come from a manager.

M-F no problem, fast service, food hot. Saturday, forget about it. Waited at the drive thru 10 min. 1 car at the window in front of me. Got to the point I called the store and got Mr Ortiz who informed me he could only do 1 order at a time.... Just saying sounds like a pioneer chicken / burger king past employee in this town. They take an order, you pay for your order and they give you your order before taking another order.
