We stopped at a gas station to fill up and asked about nearby restaurants. Chili hills was recommended. We stopped at the one in Edgewood. Food was amazing. I had the chicken fried steak. It was homemade and huge, took up the entire plate, my 3 sides took an entire plate as well. (Yes I had to get a to go plate). Husband had the Duke burger, it lacked flavor but not bad overall. Very kind waitress, prompt service, and the BLT I had was out of this world! I loved the old-fashioned Route 66 motif that decorated the inside. Of course, having a good friend with me made it all the more enjoyable.
