I'm so glad it has reopened. We turly missed this gem. The food was fantastic as always. It had been before the pandemic since our last visit. Swirls (sangria with frozen margarita) are still the best. Service was the best ever. Miguel was our server. He was on top of refills and recommendations, and it felt like he'd been there for years. We had combo fajitas, Carne adovada, and kid taco plate. It for get you get a 3 course meal when you dine there. It's all worth the money you pay because it's delicious and the service is excellent. This place is a well oiled machine and you can see it takes a well trained team for this place to run so smoothly. We will be back!!!!!
Pricey but delicious beef tacos are my fave as well as the chicken breast salad. Get an extra dressing

Food is typical Southwestern fair, it's been awhile since we've been there but the service was ok, not outstanding but ok. The ambiance is dark, dingy and crowded, up stairs is crowded n cramped, the stairwell doesn't feel safe going up or down.

This is where we usually stop if we're passing through Espanola at mealtime. Our teenagers are happy with their burgers and fries. My husband loves the chiles. The ambiance is cool with a huge tree growing inside.

Excellent service and consistently good food. I love the cozy bar for drinks and the restaurant for a sit down meal. I think I was first there in 1977. Still love it.

Hands down the best margarita & tacos I've ever had. Friendly, family service (literally - family members of the founders work in the restaurant) and so many delicious food options. I've never had anything here I didn't absolutely love. The recipes are flavorful, the ingredients fresh, and the service prompt. The house margs are to die for and should not be missed. For extra fun, order a swirl which is a margarita mixed with sangria. The beef tacos are award winning for a reason. The salmon was perfectly cooked. The borcheta was tender meat with veggies served flaming. Save room for sopapillas and homemade fruit preserves (apple is my favorite!) or honey for a sweet treat to finish the meal.

Hidden gem for breakfast burritos. I had the chorizo, egg, potatoes and red sauce. It definitely had a kick but not too bad. Wife ate the other half while I ate hers. She had the bacon, egg and potatoes with green sauce and that was delicious. This Okie didn't find it has hot and spicy as the chorizo with red sauce. The burritos are big as well and filling. Definitely recommend

The Atenciios always provide a great experience and good service. Sometime it gets a bit crowded and its location isnt as nice as Ranchos de Chimayo but the food is good, service is good and more importantly the experience is consistently good.
