“The food was amazing! We went here specifically because I love Indian Tacos and other local restaurants -like Viola’s in Los Alamos- only make them on certain days. I’m so glad the Indian Tacos brought us in. They were the BEST. The salsa is not white girl friendly 🥵 (hot hot hot) but it is flavorful and fresh. If you’re traveling through, like us, this stop is truly worth planning your drive around. Thank you Jesus for providing great food and fast service.“

We come up every weekend to visit and have to stop for breakfast burritos man you guys are the best. santa fe location has nothing on you guys. Santa fe locations burritos are small you guys make them huge. chillie is always on point love x mas chillie.“

“OhhhEmmmGeee! Hands down the BEST food in town. We are traveling on a road trip and have been to lots of places and happened to stumble upon Sopaipilla Factory and so glad we did.

Johnathan was our server and he was so kind, funny, and took time to chat w us.

We ordered the Yogi Tacos and everything from beans, to sauce, to spices was perfect. Not too much salt and very light and clean. The blue corn tortilla were delicious.
