The meat was tasty and tender, however I am giving this a 4 Star because the sides were bland. Yes, the meat is the star of the show, but the sides are just as important. We got the potato salad, mac n cheese and coleslaw and they all could have used salt and some seasoning love. With that being said, the meat was great and since there aren’t many options for good bbq in New Mexico, this is a good option if you’re craving some smoked meats
May look like nothing on the outside, but run, don't walk Best BBQ I've had- we had brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends, and peach cobbler! It was so good with the level of spice you desire. So glad we stopped!!!! The staff was great, place was immaculately clean! Limited seats but makes it more comfy and intimate! Loved this place!!!!!
My folks brought me home some brisket and it was so good. When they told me where it was, i was shocked because I pass by every time I go to town. They were able to accommodate my gluten-free diet, despite no gluten-free buns. 🤗 highly recommend!
