Our service was quick and the food was hot and delicious.

Blake's Lotaburger offers a pretty good hamburger, though some prefer chopped onions instead of rings for easier eating. The regular fries are good, but the restroom could use better toilet paper. The service is fast and amazing, with friendly staff. However, there have been issues with getting orders correct, with missing ingredients like cheese and green chile. The New Mexico Style green chili cheese burger and fries were good. The woman who gave me my order didn't know what was what. She wasn't really friendly. Despite some inconsistencies, their Lota Combo with green chile and cheese is a safe choice. Overall, a decent option for a classic burger experience. The meal, along with 3 other Lota Burgers with cheese, cost right at $36. Bathroom had toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. They went above and beyond to make things right. Food was great but customer service not so good.
