Just stopped by on my way to Dallas, so many friendly faces. When I came in there was a long line, but they treated each person with kindness and greeted everyone with a smile. I wish I had gotten the workers names to give them a shoutout!10/10 would recommend

Was in there at 11 am yesterday and the chick behind the counter had her ear buds in and finally realized I was standing there and said they weren't open yet really rude like.. sux you can't get ppl to work anymore

Every time I have stopped at Chester’s chicken they have nothing and I mean nothing. It’s 4:35 in the afternoon. They need to be replaced by a business that will have food ready. It’s a truck stop people.

I’ve always loved Chester’s Chicken but tried to order some lunch just now and I could never get waited on. Girl at counter just kept saying I will be with you in awhile. After 15 minutes, I had to leave. Very disappointed in the service here.

Terrible service, manager of Chester's just stared at a customer through window, as soon as customer walked away, she walked out. Then rung up wrong items for the same customer at the front cash register of the store.
