Absolutely loved this place. We travel for my husbands job, so we eat at a lot of places. It’s rare to find somewhere that is truly dedicated to what they do, but this place went above and beyond. Food-AMAZING, Service-outstanding, Pricing-exceptional, atmosphere-wonderful. It didn’t take no time to get our food, during the small wait you do have, you can enjoy their funny/rustic decor. I wish we were staying here longer so we could enjoy another Sunday family breakfast.
Hit the spot!! Car full of hungry teenagers as we're passing thru NM -not a lot of options, Debby's to the rescue! Food was delicious and brought out quickly still hot! Service was great and friendly, definitely recommend Debby's, we will come here anytime were near! Thanks Debby's! 🥰🥰

Debby's Kountry Kitchen is a beloved spot in Euince, NM, offering delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. The western omelette is a must-try, along with the burgers and chicken fried steak. Fresh French fries and perfect tea complete the meals. Whether dining in or taking out, the loving staff ensures a great experience. The kitchen knows what they're doing, using fresh ingredients like hand-cut potatoes for the fries and making the chicken fried steak and chicken tenders in-house. The Spanish omelette with chorizo is a customer favorite, and the breakfast tacos and blueberry pancakes are also highly recommended. The coffee is great too, and the friendly staff provides excellent service.
