The automated system sucks. Everytime I call to place an order it messes it up. And then when I call to see about getting it corrected , the automated system tries to patch you through and just hangs up. So I cant even get my order corrected and noone can even eat the burritos because extravgreen chili was put on, instead of green chili in the side. Pointless to even try to order from them any more.

We just went to get breakfast burritos ordered hashbrowns crispy bacon crispy got order bacon was stringy like it touched the grill for about a minute when I went back there was a line and one cashier cause manager was on break I guess any way was told couldn't be fixed because breakfast stuff had been thrown out I used to work at blakes and we always fixed the customer's orders when not correct the manager didnt even care so disappointed

East Main Farmington, New Mexico Blakes Lotaburger I don’t know who is running that place but every time I go there, I have the hardest time getting my meal. I always have to pay for my meal and drive up ahead and wait for my meal not only that I went there for dinner And they forgot to take my third order I only had two orders prepared for me when I ordered three and then this morning I went to go buy a breakfast burrito and there’s four people parked ahead of me and I’m the fourth one behind everybody I paid for my meal but the weird thing is there’s people waiting for their food and I was fourth in line And they served me first, which is kind of disrespectful to the other customers

I stopped by at 6:10 am and the workers were just arriving. So I had to drive across town to get a burrito. Because your employees can't be on time, it wasted my time. And they want more money.... Absolutely zero work ethics

Ordered two things off the menu. Was asked about 5 times each on what size and what drink. I know they understood us because they would say it back then ask again. Got our food and it was incomplete. It was actually painful 🤦🏻♀️

I was so disappointed in my meal today had a NM Style green Chile cheese burger, the patty was dry no flavor the bun was dry hardly any Chile on my burger, ordered onion rings only got 6 pieces of onion rings. Don't know if they switched to frozen patties but it was not good. The cashier was great the place was nice and clean but the food was disappointing. Won't be going back anytime soon.

First of all all of the tables were dirty second, they were understaffed third the food was way over salted and the lettuce tasted days old. There was a guy mopping. I didn’t see him wash his hands when he put the hamburgers down, so I probably won’t be going back Not to this location anyways.
