1st time in. The cookies are pretty good. $5 each is a bit steep for a cookie but they are good. My gripe is the front of the store was very dirty. Looks like it hadn't been swept in a few days. There was plenty of dirt but also napkins and other trash in the corners. I also overhead an employee taking bad about a customer that didn't tip so I also didn't tip and told the kid why. He just said "whatever bro" and walked off. So. Work on the customer service.
Definitely a place you have to try if given the chance. There are different flavors every week. Although, I'm not sure if the flavors are in rotation. I love how simple it is to order and you get to watch the cookie master in action as your order is being prepared. I want to give a shout out to my cookie master Dom. I visited yesterday evening and she did an awesome job getting orders in and out as she was the only one there.

Love Crumbl. My only complaint at the Farmington location is sometimes (not always) the staff seems “annoyed” that they are there and have to talk to people. Otherwise everything else is great.
