They had bad service and getting the food order. The cooker was giving the food in a bad mood and so was the person that gives you the food. Everything was just bad as a service to the customer

Soda machine wasn't working and regular fries left something to be desired (get the seasoned instead, those were better). Other than that, it was great! The burgers especially were fantastic, and everything was fresh/made to order :)
The slowest Lotta Burger in Farmington. No joke you go through a empty drive through and they still make you wait like 45mins sometimes. Im wondering if you only got like 1 or 2 workers in their, sometimes they make you pull tot he parking lot to wait and their is nobody behind you. It's the stupidest thing ever.

This was the first time here. The food was delicious. The menu was slim 3 burgers, 3 chicken sandwiches for mains. Service was a little slow also.

I was here at this location at around 6:55pm. The boy at the drive thru window was very rude. He seemed like he did not want to work. When I came to the window to pay I simply asked to have my order read back. This was because I heard the order repeated back wrong and wanted to make sure my order was correct before paying, he sighed and repeated the order and after he slammed the window closed in my face. This was the worst customer service I have received here. I did not ask to be treated in this manor nor do I believe anyone should be treated this way.
