We got firey chicken sandwich and when we got home to eat it was so burnt. Also the coke we had got didn’t taste right! Worse place to go when you’re in a hurry to get home just to find out you got a really burnt chicken and a coke that didn’t taste like coke at all! This didn’t deserve a star at all. Do right Burger King!

Getting a messed up order fixed is always such an issue! Cant even call them to complain because this is the one store that the phone just doesn't work nor do they care to change that! Got my order switched with another, went back to fix it. They didn't make me a new sandwhich just grabbed the sandwhich they thought was mine.(I wasn't going to complain as I was already hungry and didn't care to wait further) only to find out the order was still wrong! I'm beyond frustrated witht this store as it's a constant thing with them....not coming back.

I'm not sure if they got teens working there or what is going on. But my order was completely messed up! I ordered the chicken BOGO sandwiches with bacon and cheese and two cookies with onion rings and fries and a blue freeze. Well they got everything right EXCEPT for my BOGO sandwiches which I was really looking forward too.

Apparently the district manager said they cant hand out water anymore, not even to paying customers. Horrible approach

I placed an order for breakfast at 606 am this morning. Burger King at 948 East main St in Farmington. Their hours online sho that they open at 6 am. If you use their app it will not let you place a breakfast order until the store is open. I then arrived at Burger King and there were no outside lights on but lights on inside, went in through the drive thru and no one answered at the speaker box. I waited for 10 minutes. I the. Pulled up to the drive thru window hoping someone would walk by but still no movement inside. I tried calling them at least ten times. It kept ringing and then went to a rapid busy signal or sometimes someone answered and then just hung up right away. I could see my order sitting there thru the drive thru window on their computer tv monitor just waiting for someone to make it. Now they have my money and I have no food because I couldn't wait any longer and had to get to work. If you are not going to abide by the hours you have posted online and in your app then don't let people place orders and don't steal their hard earned money. Hope you enjoy my money for having to do and give me nothing because it is the last you will get from me ever again. That is so wrong to steal people's money. I will dispute it through PayPal. I took screenshots showing they have their hours posted and should have had someone there......hey update everyone. I just called and some lady answered that was extremely rude. She said the manager was late getting there, her words were "he was late". I said well I placed an order this morning and waited to get it but had to leave to get to work. She just said ok but he was late and the safe wasn't open. So she was in there and never came to talk to me and tell me what was going on or anything. So then she says to call back at 9 this morning. So I asked is that what time the manager will be there? She said I don't know. So I asked what good is it gonna do to call back at 9 if the manager isn't there. She just said I told you to call back at nine. So then I asked for the managers name and her response was "uuuuhhhhh Leslie". So I asked if that was a he or a she. She said a she. I said well a minute ago you said the manager was a he. You have my money and I have no food. She said I know and hing up on me. I tried calling back three times and no answer. Avoid this place at all costs. They will rob you and treat you rudely. I tried to dispute the charge through PayPal but it says this type of transaction cannot be disputed. So guess I am screwed. Burger King said screw you and thanks for your money and has rude employees also. Bet no one even reaches out to me to try and make this right. If they do I will update my review. But I highly doubt it.
Leo was absolutely amazing in the drive threw. He told me I rule and is an amazing human! Will return because of such amazing service. Leo was so nice he made my day better!

I don't need to justify that the reason I wanted regular chicken fries and not spicy chicken fries. I ordered regular chicken fries so that's what should be put in my order. If the location is out SAY SOMETHING! Don't just assume I'm okay with a substitution of spicy chicken. And the reason I ordered regular chicken? That's what my child likes, he cannot handle spicy. Imagine if he had a food allergy and I didn't realize the order had been changed? You are setting yourself up for a lawsuit.
