Last few times in have been a bad experience, and tonight someone decided they were hungry halfway through making my burrito. Can’t contact anyone at the store of course so they probably won’t even see this, the sweet delivery driver helped out a lot, but be wary about not just here but really any fast food in Farmington.

Worst Chipotle restaurant in the Southwest. Chipotle used to be my favorite place in Phoenix, Flagstaff and Albuquerque I went there regularly. But the Farmington location is aweful. Bad customer service, they don't stock fresh food regularly, they are always out of something, and the restaurant is not cleaned well or inviting. It's been utterly disappointing every time I come into town. They don't deserve to have the Chipotle name. This location makes the chain look bad.

So Micah gave amazing customer service tonight. They were very busy and out of a lot, guac, ice, ect. He was VERY apologetic and accommodating. We haven't been to Chipotle in a while, I've never seen the line to the door. It was worth the wait. We (family of 4) dinned in and he wiped down the tabels for us, so we could sit. I'm very pregnant and was hungry and tired from the drive to Farmington. Even though they were out of items, his customer service was impeccable and he was extremely respectful. We will come back. Thanks!Vegetarian options: Oldest kid decided she isn't eating meat. They have plain cheese quesdillas.Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten-free and the burrito bowls accommodate this.Kid-friendliness: My little one loves the build your own taco and likes picking out the items herself. Also there were4 drink options for her.

Worst customer service and girl with lips tatted on her neck was talking bad about customers that would just order, the food was also missing and not in line.. so many workers, but only one girl was helping. When I cashed out they wouldn’t hand me my food and just stared at me like I can go behind the counter to grab it myself. Y’all need to work on customer service and respect. SMH

The restaurant was filthy. Every single table was dirty. The floors were dirty, the soda area was dirty and the guacamole was very brown. We got there at 11:11. That is 11 minutes after they opened. The pictures show part of the story. Cannot say much about their service either. When asked if they had fresh guacamole, we were told this is what they had. Gross.

To start I'd like to mention I've visited Chipotle in several different states and have never seen anything like this at any other location. I went in around 7:30 pm on a weeknight and there was a line, which is usual for most Chipotle locations. However, I have always seen all hands on deck when this is the case. But at this location there was one guy (Chris) making all the bowls while literally the entire staff, including the manager on duty were just standing around doing nothing! The cook was not cooking or refilling the ingredients in the line, the young lady at the register was just standing there watching Chris do all the work and not even helping make any burritos or bowls in between ringing up people. The worst part, the manager, Bree! She was standing there chitchatting with her friend and drinking Starbucks while her store is full of customers! Get it together! Only giving 2 stars for the nice guy doing all the work, otherwise would've given 1 star.

Employee too busy talking to people while I'm trying to order my food. Place was dirty, had to ask twice for someone to clean my table and wasn't busy at all. Maybe need someone to sweep up and wipe tables. Food was ok not what you would see on commercial s. But my grandson likes the quesadillas.

Nothing but problems. Lady with glasses that works register is completely rude, hair in food, as well as nothing what we ordered. Phone to store doesn't work as they keep declining calls.

I never like to leave bad reviews...but my daughter last night ate a chicken quesadilla...and since this morning she has been so sick...she probably got food poison...please be more careful with your food...I really hate this.

Food is good. Management isn't. There have been more than 5 times I have left due to no tortillas or no rice, or no white rice. Those are poor management issues. Often the tables aren't clean as well. It's sad because I love Chipotle food. But they just can't get it together at this one.
