So Micah gave amazing customer service tonight. They were very busy and out of a lot, guac, ice, ect. He was VERY apologetic and accommodating. To start I'd like to mention I've visited Chipotle in several different states and have never seen anything like this at any other location. I went in around 7:30 pm on a weeknight and there was a line, which is usual for most Chipotle locations. However, I have always seen all hands on deck when this is the case. Employee too busy talking to people while I'm trying to order my food. Place was dirty, had to ask twice for someone to clean my table and wasn't busy at all. Maybe need someone to sweep up and wipe tables. Food was ok not what you would see on commercial s. But my grandson likes the quesadillas.
