“Excellent food and great friendly service in this small neighborhood restaurant.Update: went back for lunch and it was even better. Terrific New Mexican cuisine. Ten stars, would recommend. If I lived in Farmington I'd eat here every week.“
“Awesome vibes here from the staff! We received a very warm welcome which was a real treat after spending most of the day in the car driving across the states. Not to mention, they were jamming the best 2000s throwbacks during our meal. Highly recommend making this stop when you’re in Farmington. Thank you!!“
“Any food you don't have to make, or clean up after, is good food. Rated 3/5 due to the lack of salt/seasoning in the fajitas. The food smelled great! Came in hot and sizzling, turned heads on its way to my table, but the steak and chicken lacked flavor. The salsa was spicy, 5/5. The 2 balance out for 4/5 food. Also! Wife and I had a "Hector's drink" special. Very good ? ?. Lime soda, tequila, chamoy on the rim. “
“Take out burrito place with amazing burritos. A few tables, if you need to eat in, but most of the food goes out the door. Everything we've had here has been good. Be aware that it can take some time to order and then get your food prepared.“
“I've been coming here on and off for decades because, we'll, it's awesome and everything that a soulless chain restaurant isn't. Yes, sometimes when I pull into the parking lot, I'm pissed because there's a hand written sign that says they're closed due to a family this-and-that, but really (once I get over myself) this is awesome and what I want most businesses to be like! The owner has come out and calmed crying babies in our party before! How cool is that. And the food is awesome. The red Chile sauce and sopapillas are my favorite anywhere. Thanks, Gabe, for keeping it real and keeping it going so long. You rock!Vegetarian options: It would be a bit tough to manage a vegan meal here, but ovo-lacto vegetarians will do fine here, especially since the sauces are vegetarian.“
“This location was awesome. Over 21 years ago the Chili Cheese burrito was removed from many states including all of Utah and Arizona. The last time I had one was on my wedding day in 2003. This location has awesomely kept it and was happy to make us 12 of them and other items. The were very polite and customer friendly. They made the food perfect, just like it tasted 21 years ago. It's a hidden menu item, but worth getting, especially with sour cream added.“
“Being new to the area, I wanted to make sure I had some menudo for New Year's Day. My contractor recommended this place, and he was spot on.I ordered to go. They were very busy late on a Saturday morning; always a good sign. The menudo was excellent. Unlike other places, the food wasn't too salty, the tripe was cut to small bite size pieces. This is greatly appreciated. I am not a fan of having to use a knife and fork on my soup. The salsa was good too. I will be back.“
“I ordered the 2 porkchops w/enchilada plate but it wasn't that great. It was very salty. My husband ordered the cajun boil and the shrimp was over cooked (hard rubber taste)and the crab legs were over cooked as well. Crab meat was stuck to the crab shell. But in all the service is good. The food just needs to tone down on the salt and seafood needs to be cooked well done.“
“The only reason I didn't 5 star the food was there was no pata (hooves) and there was canned hominy in my menudo. They get a HUGE 10 Star for not over seasoning (salting) their food. That's a personal preference, it should be done at the table by the dinner.I will be back.Dietary restrictions: They do not over salt the food!!“
“Service was ok. Food was ok and the restaurant was clean and interesting. The food didn’t seem made when I ordered it. It tasted old or over cooked and sitting under a heat lamp. Waitress very friendly but never got a refill on my drink. May come back just to see if it was an afternoon fluke.“
“I had lunch on taco Thursday. They were very busy and the servers were really running. The parking lot was full, but there wasn't a wait for a table.I had four tacos but wish I would have ordered more. They were very good. I didn't leave hungry and it was a great deal! I told them not to hurry for me, I enjoyed the wait. If you have a limited time for lunch you probably shouldn't come at noon.Absolutely delicious and I will be back to try out breakfast.“
“Food is always good here... "Taco 'Bout Good"... I'm Surprised it's not quite "The Taco 'Da Town, Yet!!!" Employees are always nice... Gotta Catch 'Em At The Right Times...! Wayyy before and wayyy after rush hours...!!!“
“Nice spot for eat in or drive through. I had the Thursday special: blue corn enchiladas. They were delicious. The chips, salsa, and crema were all fresh. And the horchata comes with whipped cream and carmel! Definitely recommend.Parking: Good sided parking lot and a drive through.Kid-friendliness: There's plenty of seating for large families.“
