“We have never had bad food at Mi Mexico. Everything is delicious. The owner is always on site- cooking or greeting guests. The restaurant is very comfortable and decorated well. There is a large enclosed porch and a garden deck for summer dining. Always great service! By far the best Mexican Restaurant around Montezuma County!“

“Well, I can testify to all those five star reviews. The restaurant was busy but I had no wait. The service was absolutely amazing. The chips and salsa appeared while I sat. The additional cabbage dish was unexpected and delicious. Could make a meal of it. Seemed like the entire staff was my personal wait staff. The food was delicious and portioned generously. As a big eater I got a to-go box. It was a little noisy but only because it is so popular. Nice bottled and draft beer selection. On top of all this it was priced less than the other Mexican restaurants in town. Totally recommended.“

“Traveling thru Cortez - this was by far the BEST Mexican food I have ever had! I had the spinach enchilada plate, my husband had the chili relleno & Chimichanga. I personally don't normally eat everything on my plate. I usually get a to-go box to eat the rest later. We both cleaned out plates! The atmosphere was amazing. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!“

“Not your average diner. The full menu even includes Eggs Benedict. The Chorizo Benedict is a refreshing take on the traditional theme. Service is excellent. Nice to see happy people these days. Of the four days we were in Cortez, Beny's had the best food.“
