I had a problem with the price of an order. I got conflicting information from 2 employees. The less customer service minded employee was reluctant to help me. She dismissed me to leave with, "Have a good day," while gestering towards the door. I then asked to speak to the manager.
I explained the situation to the manager, Bree. She listened and understood. She asked me to get back in line so they could rectify the matter.
I would like to highly commend...

I love Chipotle Mexican Grill! I travel often & always look for this eating place. Although I have went to this one in Farmington, New Mexico, probably 10-11 times. But, Its the only Chipotle I have gone to that was out something. They were out of rice one time & on 10/27/24 I went in with 2 friends. One of them had never been there & they were out of large tortillas for burritos, Really? What's up with that? In NEW MEXICO? Maybe they need a new manager.........

Tables are not clean - no tortillas so I could not order neither burrito or quesadillas? It doesn’t make sense - server making faces and pretending to order what they wanted - by the way I tried to order a bowl with steak and offered me chicken because steak was not ready ? ? Very frustrated moment - later when steak was available I was called out to complete my order - didn’t stay to dine in - no the same Chipotle ‘s customer serve I am used in Texas .
