Gave us some old chicken. The chicken strips were very dry. Went there at 4pm, so the chicken must have been cooked at lunch time and left for hours before serving us. Not a happy customer.

Food is always good but this last time I placed a online order on my way out of town for my mom and i went to pick it up and when I got there they had sold my order.....she said I took too long to pick it up? Than I ended up waiting 20 extra minutes..the whole point of an online order is so you don't have to wait and no where does it say there's a time limit that you need to pick it up by. I do online orders alot and have never had that happen.

Went through drive-thru around 3pm and was on the road back home. Encountered this crew that was very polite, fast, and overall, professional! They were well beyond exceeding needs and made sure the food was fresh. Service was excellent and I recommend stopping for the evening team's Hospitality! Thank you Churches!!!! DIDN'T CATCH THIER NAMES but overall Thank you!

We had a little longer wait because they ran out a chicken. They were friendly and acknowledged the wait. Once we received our order, it was fresh, hot, and crunchy! Everything was delicious. Enjoyed the biscuits and mash potatoes. The location was very clean inside with friendly service from staff. We were not in a rush, so okay waiting longer for fresh chicken. Would rather have fresh chicken than ones sitting in the warmer. What we received was so crunchy and juicy.

I am rating service a 4 because the guy at the counter messed up our order, but they got us all sorted out in the end. It did take a bit longer than it should have. Hopefully, I can change it to 5s next time I am in.

My chicken was bloody I got a 10-piece meal and out of the 10-piece meal four chickens were not cooked right blood was coming out of the chicken it was disgusting also my corn was like mashed potatoes drenched in butter you took one bite it was leaking butter and mushy 🤢🤮

I can not stand this place, who ever is the manager needs to be fired. Every time I come here it's an hour wait. I literally drove up to the drive-thru and waited an hour just to even get to talk to with only one car in front of me and then they told me that the chicken was going to take an extra 20 minutes to cook. This is BS! You can even hear people laughing in the background about us having to wait. This is not funny at all. I hope they fire all the lazy people that work here.
