Went at 11:00, an hour after opening. There were almost a dozen workers running around exhausted and couldn't keep up with the few customers they had. Nothing was ready. Workers were frantically stocking cups, drinks, etc... stuff that you think Closing staff should do right? And then after finally getting our food, you round the corner to go sit and are punched in the face with the smell of sewage. Something is up in there with the bathrooms. We sat as far away from the smell as we could get. Then the portions here compared to all other costa vidas I've been too were pitifully small. Normally I can split a kids meal between my two toddlers, but this was so small..... we got an extra side of rice to compensate and paid $2 for rice they literally gave us in a condiment cup. Ridiculous. Won't be back.

The food was fantastic! Although I could understand the gentleman because he was talking so quickly, overall great experience. If I were you I'd get the smothered burrito and don't forget your salsa at the end!

They got highschool kids taking orders and they aren't mature enough to be respectful and do a order right.The food is left out constantly and i don't think they trained these staff enough to understand food preparation because i gabe this place 2 chances once in college, and the other 3 year's later an both times. I kid you not i got horrible food poisoning.If you need a drs excuse from work that's all this place is good for. Seriously i wonder if they even clean up right or something. Because whatever way they are preparing the food isn't right.This place needs a health inspection.

First time here I have a lot of people tell me this place is good to eat here and my burrito was so small with everything that was added I had to pay extra for a little more is it usually like this or just the lady that made mine who was Danielle the only one who does this?? She wasn’t the nicest either…not coming back !

Everytime we come into this restaurant we try to make it sure the employee, DANIELLE, is not working. She is incredibly picky with portioning and is beyond happy to over charge for everything that we ask and when confronted her response is that we need to pay extra. This behavior is disgusting and to be so prudent with every piece of food is repulsive and unacceptable; this wouldn't be an issue if I don't come every week when she is not here and receive the proper portioning without paying extra. I will be contacting the manager as well to complain

Danielle the lady with blue contacts in the morning shifts, is rude and starts a a fight everytime she under portions me and charges me 2$ for more beans for the amount she should have given me in the first place. Theres always a problem with her and I will avoid going to Costa Vida in the morning if she's there. I'm a regular there and I go there constantly I know the correct portion from the other employees giving me the correct portion.

Employees are awful rude dont care all none of them seem or look happy in the slightest management must be awful tried the new handheld burrito apparently i was supposed to know how it all works got attitude for asking if i could add something

Forget basically half of my order when I ordered delivery. They also messed up every single thing i ordered, when i said no bean in burrito they messed that up. They also had no beans or rice in my meal and also gave me a complete different order than what i ordered. Wont be ordering delivery from here again, don't buy from here if you get delivery.

Costa Vida is way better than Chipotle but they've really been dipping in quality over the years. My burrito this time was the same size as a Chipotle burrito but the price keeps going up. Way fewer meat options without paying extra. Plus, their best meat option, Chile Verde, remains a "seasonal" option. Still tastes good, but I miss 2006 Cafe Rio
