The restaurant needs more employees. I've come twice and each time was crazy. Ees employees are struggling to fill the large number of orders. My friends and I were pushed out as online orders were coming in. We were even waiting there in front of our food in line half way done, which got cold because they started online orders and did not finish with our orders. We were in line about 40 minutes. The tables were dirty each time we went. The food was okay, but cold and disappointing....
We arrived at a busy time, but that wasn't the issue. Apart from the first guy, who asked questions about the items we wanted, my wife and I both found it odd that nobody else said anything to us without prompting. The next two ladies held the items, then just stared, one with creepy blue eye contacts. Literally no words. Silence long enough to be awkward. I had to ask what happens at that station. When we asked questions, we got a two word response, which didn't help....

Last few times we went (about two months apart) the restaurant was not kept up well - juices were out of stock as were the paper towels in the bathrooms. Service is SUPER slow - took an hour to get our food walking in the store even though there are at least 8 employees - all seem to be in high school, didn’t see any adults.
Food quality is still high however we were disappointed to...
